Who can play the game?
There is no age limit to play! It is perfect for friends, families, and corporate team building. Anyone under 14 years of age needs an adult with them and some of the games a bit complicated, which will not suit younger kids that are not supervised. Each person over the age of six must pay for a ticket and an adult my sign a waiver for people under the age of 18.
How much does a ticket cost?
Everyone over the age of 6 years will pay $34 per person. If you are coming in a large group and you need more than one room, you can contact the organizers for special group rates.
How do I make a booking?
The fastest and most secure way to make a booking is online, but you can call the organizers to make a reservation or if you have any other questions. It is better to make a reservation because if you arrive without one, the staff might not be able to help you.
What time should we arrive?
It is recommended that people arrive at least 10 minutes before their booking time in order to get checked in because your game starts at the time you reserved. It is important that we keep to our schedule.
Can I add more people to my booking?
It is advisable that one person books a room in advance. If you have reserved a room, it then becomes a private game and you can add people as you wish. Anyone else joining the game will be charged at the current rate upon arrival. It is preferred by the organizers that rooms are not overbooked, mainly due to the fact that it will affect your experience.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel, you will not be refunded for the room. If you need to change the time and date, you need to inform the organizers 48 hours in advance, where they will be able to change your time/date only once.
