Why Go With Natural Perfumes?

We get most of our inspiration from Mother Nature. The flight of a bird gave us the idea of an aeroplane and the dropping of an apple from the tree gave us the understanding of gravity. Perfumes are no different. Natural Perfumes are generally named after their source. They are made from flowers, fruits, vegetables and other things. There are many brands of natural fragrances that are available on the market. Some of the popular fragrances include moss, mint, vanilla, patchouli, rose, lily, fig, and sandalwood. In most cases they are on the lighter side. They don’t overwhelm the user with their smell. They do wane with time and need to be reapplied in a few hours if one wants to retain their strength.

Fragrances have become a part of everything right from food to body lotions. Going natural is the perfect way of keeping healthy. At the same time, there are so many variations to choose from that you would never have to go back to synthetic options. And anyways, using natural products would have a positive impact on your body. They don’t cause allergy or irritation. Though this is not guaranteed, there is a higher chance of their suiting your body and mind. They actually make you feel fresh. Synthetic perfumes have the ability to produce stronger smell but they soon start to take a toll on your senses. Most of the people tolerate natural fragrances even when these are loud. If you are going out with a friend, you would be better off using natural products as these would keep your friend comfortable. Natural perfumes are available in solid form as well. They are considered a perfect travel companion as they don’t spill and they are pretty easy to apply too.

It is true that natural perfumes are costlier than the synthetic ones but at the same time, they don’t harm your body. Their being costly can be attributed to several factors including the cost of ingredients, short shelf life, and the method of production. Another matter of fact is that in most cases even an organic perfume is not 100% organic. There is some or the other type of chemical used in it. But when compared to the synthetic products, it would be harmless. And the good news is that you can make natural fragrances at your home as well. You will have to refer to a few blogs and other sources to begin doing this. Fragrances are known to have a positive effect on our lives. Why not use them to our benefit?
