• Try to seal any openings in your walls or floors as they can be a major source of entry for them. Then, fill up the cracks with plaster of Paris, cement, or silicon flooring, which is quite sturdy and will last long. This way, you can also prevent wasps from entering your house too.

• One should always remember not to leave food remains open around the house as this will attract pests, including ants, very easily. Make it a point to keep counters and other surfaces clean so that anything edible is covered before going to bed every night.
