Stretching your Testicle the right way

There seem to be three big reasons for using stretchers based on all of the accounts and online records

How do I wear them?

If you’re serious about stretching your ball, there are a few things to keep in mind.

1. The perfect fit – This is similar to cock rings. They can’t be too close or too loose; they have to be snug enough to keep them from falling off. If you go too tight, you risk causing severe or permanent harm to your body.

2. Warming up– Once you’ve found ones that match, you’ll need to warm up before you put them on (just exercising). It’s also a good idea to do these in a warm bath or shower (to help with mental, physical, and testicular relaxation).

 Exercise 1 – Pull the scrotum down and out on both sides. Hold for 45 seconds.

3. Wear it properly – First and foremost, a ball stretcher cannot be worn for extended periods. A decent time is 20 minutes. Also, add some compatible sex lube to prevent chaffing, and get some shea butter with vitamin E to keep your skin supple.

4. Be consistent – Imagine building your muscles – it doesn’t happen overnight. Is that correct? Stretching is the same way. It’s not something you should do if you want to see results right away. Even after you’ve achieved the perfect length, you’ll need to be consistent (because they can shrink with time).
