Anyone can get more self confidence. All it takes is the right mindset.

First, you need to know that there are two types of self confidence: Actual self confidence and fake self confidence. Fake self confidence is when you act like you have lots of self-confidence in order to impress others or yourself, but deep down inside, it feels like you are not confident at all. On the other hand, actual self confidence comes from within and shows in your actions. You can tell when someone has fake or real self-confidence just by observing their behavior.

You need to build real self-confidence as much as possible and do your best to avoid fake self-confidence. This is because real self-confidence comes from learning about yourself and knowing what you can accomplish — all of which stems from your mental toughness and how you look at life.
