You can always add more if needed, but it’s much harder to remove beard balm once it’s been applied.

Use a Comb or Brush to Distribute The Beard Balm Evenly

Once you’ve got the beard balm boost warmed up in your hands and started applying it at the neckline, use a comb or brush to distribute the beard balm throughout your beard evenly. This step is vital because you want to make sure the beard balm is evenly distributed throughout your beard to avoid any patches. Be sure to comb or brush in the direction your beard grows. For most guys, that will be down from the cheeks and chin and up from the neck. Combing or brushing against the grain can irritate and should be avoided.
